If we had to choose only one word to summarise Nadine & Filipe’s big day, it would be “joyful”. This couple was an absolute delight from our first meeting, and we enjoyed providing them our services. As well as their British-Portuguese heritage, the couple shares the same fun-loving, easy-going temperament which was evident in their celebration.

Nadine opted to get ready in the luxurious surroundings of Claridge’s in London. Our experience is that more brides are choosing to use a hotel suite for their preparations - typically the one in which they are spending their wedding night - because it adds comfort to their special day as well as to our images. We are happy to work in whatever environment the bride or groom chooses. However, a hotel gives us more of a “blank canvas” backdrop to work with, and it also means the bride (or her family) do not have to worry about anything.

Baby Victoria was full of smiles for her christening at St Sophia Greek orthodox cathedral in Bayswater. This Greek orthodox church at the heart of the Greek community in West London is a favourite place for its magnificently decorated interiors and beautiful gardens. Everything we need is in one location and, as anyone who works with children knows, keeping it simple and stress-free is the key to beautiful christening pictures.

The setting for Alexandros’ christening was St Sophia’s orthodox cathedral in Bayswater, London. We are grateful to have worked in several orthodox christenings and weddings here, yet we are always struck anew by its peaceful atmosphere. You don’t have to be religious to appreciate its beauty, light, and perfect proportions.

Since its consecration in 1882 St Sophia’s cathedral has been the beating heart of the Greek orthodox community in London. While the domed roof suggests something special from outside,

Elsie's baptism was a pleasure to capture at the Greek cathedral of the Divine Wisdom, known as Saint Sophia church in Bayswater, which I believe is also one of the most impressive churches in London and a world-class orthodox cathedral.

Elsie was a gorgeous little girl and we loved capturing the special moments of her day, with her lovely family. The cathedral  in Bayswater was full of spectacular detail and made a fantastic back drop inside and out for all shots. We particularly liked zoning in on Elsie's expressions throughout the baptism ceremony, so sweet and unaware of what was about to happen. We also loved capturing the expressions of her parents interacting with her, the tiny details like her bracelet being held and little feet.
